WW2 German Field Wound Tag mortuary toe body tag reproduction reenactment triage

Description

Here is a  nice reproduction of German  wound tags.
the front and back is shown in the photo and you will get 1 tag with a purchase.
They are heavy paper construction and have a nice  rivet for the string, which would presumably be tied to the body.
the sides ( red stripe) would be for triage in the field and should have been perforated if original
I am not sure if these are WW2 or post ww2 era
