    Up for sale is a collectible fashion doll from Mattel. Skooter or sometimes Scooter is Skipper's best friend. This model is hard plastic with straight legs, red hair with center part and bangs, brown painted eyes, freckles and  pale white lips. She is marked Mattel Inc 1963 on her bottom and Japan on her foot. She comes wearing a red cotton sleeveless dress. Good preowned condition, body could use cleaning and someone to restore her hairstyle.
