VERY RARE ANTIQUE VINTAGE HUMIDOR CABINET.​
​This humidor was owned by my grandfather & eventually, after my grandfather quit smoking, it was used as a sewing cabinet by my grandmother
.
The cabinet is 15 1/4" X 10 1/4" and 26" high. The top opening is rounded.
​I have never seen another humidor like this one. I have researched it all over the place and have come up with nothing. I believe it may be hand painted. I also believe it is copper lined. The top piece with all the accessories lifts out to expose a compartment that looks like copper. The original slide out ashtray got broken (I was careless!!!!!). That top piece has some bowls/compartments - I know nothing about humidors, so I can't tell you their uses.
Please see my photographs. There are definite signs of wear and chipping. I'm just trying to make things real here by saying it is not in perfect condition.
This is a wonderful, functional & collectible piece.
