This wood tobacco barrel a great piece of Tobacciana Advertising. Reads on the top: Briggs smoking tobacco. Aged in wood.
The front it reads: Briggs Smoking Tobacco “When a feller needs a friend ” This is about 7 ½” tall and about 5” across the base.
The lid says: Briggs Smoking Tobacco Aged in the Wood on the underside of the lid the original piece of clay is there to help keep the tobacco moist.
