Please note weak letters at the end of "First".  Not marked silverplate but appears to be.  Needs Polishing.  Wear to plate on handle indicates it might have actually been used.
I ship only in the U.S.  Buyer pays First Class Postage.
I am sorry but eBay requires sellers to provide tracking so postage for small items is sometimes higher than it would be if tracking was not required.
(IF THE FIRST ITEM YOU BUY HAS A FIRST CLASS POSTAGE AMOUNT, please keep in mind the second item MIGHT BUMP IT UP TO PRIORITY.  After that, increases will be minimal if at all.  I will do what I can to keep postage as low as possible.
