SAFE & SECURE FIT - Front lock-hole design for either cable, chain or U/D-locks for extra security. Adjustable buckle strap and 'toggle' wheel/tire fit for a snug and secure fit, even on windy days! Reflective safety loops to locate handlebar ends and allow for cover to be easily removed from the bike.
