Lovely vintage Chinese Yixing teapot - signed

Welcome! For auction is this vintage Chinese Yixing teapot. I am unsure of the age. It is signed on the base, under the handle, and twice inside the lid. It measures appx. 5" from tip of spout to end of handle. No damage. Came from an older collection. A few minor scuffs. I would assume it was made some time in the 20th century.
