    Description

Sandoz produced several whimsical designs for Theodore Haviland, Limoges
. Two of Sandoz’s earliest designs for Haviland—a sugar dish in the shape of a mandarin duck, and a “duck jug” (also called a penguin in Sandoz’s sketches and notes), which is used here as a cream jug, are included. Also included are the two plates pictured. Circa 1925.
Note: This is not a complete tea set, however,
you receive all of the items pictured
    .
    Condition:
The creamer has no damage, the condition is consistent with age.
The sugar dish has one small chip on the bottom left side of the top (see 2nd to last photo).
One of the two small plates has a very tiny imperfection on the upper surface (last photo),
and a few chips on the bottom side (obviously, not visible from top view).
