Holes are 1 inch apart with the first hole 2 inches from each end. Adjusts in 1-inch increments.

Lengths given are from one center prong hole to the other center hole of the strap. This will make the strap 6 inches longer than the length you order. For example: If you order a 44-inch length the strap will be a total of 50 inches long.
