The item has been made according to an original set here in the Czech Republic.  It is only to ship this cover anywhere in the US, Canada, Australia, NZ and most of Asia. Postage within Europe and the UK is , all others pay actual postage. Naturally I do offer the possibility of combining postage to save you money.
