    Description

    Blemished item.  Eagle on element 37 should have been a goldish brown. All other elements are fine.  Maybe a slight bend on sheet as well. Comes polybagged, ziplocked.  See scan for details. Decals are of excellent quality. COMES WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS.  We do combine s/h on multiple items.
