The coin is round in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coin’s edge is grained.
Obverse:
at the top – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; beneath – the inscription: РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center – the engraving "Dispute" (the front page from the book "Jesus Sirakh" published by Skaryna); to the left and right – a decorative ornament bearing the year of issue on the left; beneath – the denomination:

Reverse:
in the center – the image of the window decorated by architectural elements and symbols from Skaryna’s engravings; at the bottom – on the stylized image of the heraldic field is a crowned letter "K" with the inscription КРАКАЎ (KRAKOW) beneath it; at the top – circumferential inscriptions ШЛЯХ СКАРЫНЫ (SKARYNA’S WAY). The composition is located against the background of the view of Krakow from the engraving of the 15th century ("World Chronical" of Schedel).
