Description

Up for auction today is this, 5 inch, Chinese Export, Rose Medallion, Famille Rose, shallow bowl with beautifully painted panels of court figures, flowers and butterflies.
It is in lovely condition, with some minor fading on the gold of the rim.
There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
It measures 5 inches in diameter and it is 1 3/8 inches deep.  Another example of beautiful Chinese porcelain from the 19th Century.
