ANTIQUE CIRCA 1900s ERA, SILVERPLATED,
ACID ETCHED SOUVENIR SPOON
FROM BOBCAYGEON, ONTARIO, CANADA,
FROM THE 1895 "VESTA" PATTERN NAME OF FLATWARE
MADE BY 1847 ROGERS BROS., USA
NO PERSONAL MONOGRAMS,
MEASURES 5-7/8" LONG, WEIGHS 23.2 GRAMS
Shows typical wear from use and storage, including light surface marks and scratches. It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine and is very clean. It is straight, not bent, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.
It is nicely acid etched in the bowl BOBCAYGEON and is hallmarked on the back of the handle 1847 ROGERS BROS A1.
This is a great, very collectible piece for those that collect souvenir spoons, interesting silver, or Ontario history!  A very unique piece!  Add it to your collection today!
