Antique 1899 Happy New Year Merry Christmas Silverplate Spoon

EXCELLENT condition. It shows NO wear. The bowl has Santa on sleigh and one reindeer and says Pat July 4 1899. The stem says Merry Christmas. At the top it shows a fireplace with full stocking then under that a Christmas Tree.  On the back the stem says Happy New Year the a New Year baby then an winged bearded man, at the top bells. 4 1/4".
