For your consideration..... Antique RJ Reynolds Tobacco country store glass lidded jar/canister Measures approx. 7" high to the top of the knob, 4 1/2" across the opening I worked for RJR for years. If my memory serves me correctly, the address on this jar is where RJR began before expanding & relocating This piece dates from 1892-1900

For your consideration.....
Antique RJ Reynolds Tobacco country store glass lidded jar/canister
Measures approx. 7" high to the top of the knob, 4 1/2" across the opening
I worked for RJR for years. If my memory serves me correctly, the address on this jar is where RJR began before expanding & relocating
This piece dates from 1892-1900
Condition
Good condition considering its at least 120 years old.
The glass itself is wavy & has lots of bubbles, flow marks & straw marks. Some of which look like cracks & chips, but they are not
It does have some very hard to photograph scratches
The rim of the lid & the canister have small chips from the two of them making contact over & over for years
The lid has some chipping on the top & around the edge of the seam
I photographed what I could. Some are just to small to photograph
Not perfect, but everything you would expect from a used country store item that is 120 years old

RETURNS:

Item must be returned using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation & Insurance.
Item must be returned in the SAME EXACT condition as when shipped &
MUST include ALL original packing materials
otherwise a fee will be charged.
After inspecting the item, a refund will be given on the purchase price only.
Per Ebay policy, if an item is returned after the due date & the Return is closed, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
We do not offer exchanges or replacements.
We do not guaranty or warranty vintage electronics, nor is it implied.
Anyone who misuses the Return Policy will be reported to Ebay.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:
We carefully pack each & every item with sufficient packing material to ensure a safe journey.
Unfortunately, accidents do happen & sadly an item may arrive damaged.
It is just as upsetting for us as it is for you.
Should this happen, please send us an email using the Ebay messaging system the day the item arrives.
Please include several
CLEAR pictures
of the damaged item, box & packing material.
We will then file an insurance claim with USPS using the information you provided us with.
Once the claim has been approved & we receive the insurance funds, we will refund your PayPal account.
Please keep in mind that this process can take up to 4 weeks depending on how quickly USPS can process the claim. This is something we have no control over.
Please be sure to hold onto the damaged item, box & packing materials as you may be contacted by USPS.
USPS may require you to bring these items to your local Post Office for inspection.
If this procedure isn't followed, USPS will deny the claim.
Should USPS deny the claim, we will not issue you a refund for the damaged item.
USPS will only reimburse for the amount that was insured. They do not reimburse for shipping costs.
