Anbull 100CC Bicycle Engine Kit, Bike Motorized 2 Stroke Petrol Gas Motor Engine Kit with 3L Oil Tank & Upgraded Carburetor for 26" 28" Bike
🚴This 100CC bike engine kit includes all the parts and accessories needed to convert a regular bike into a gasoline-powered motorcycle. Max.speed : 48km/h; Max.Load capacity : 180kg Fuel Type : 90#; N.W : 10.8kg G.W : 11.8kg. Sproket :44 tooth
🚴 Fits for most 26" or 28' wheeled bikes with V-frame. The frame should have 9-11" of clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar, and the diameter of the frame tubes should be 25-29mm (around an 1").
🚴 Engine type : gasoline engine; Bore＆stroke : 50mmx40mm Ignition Mode : CDI Ignition; Max.Power : 1.9kw/5500r/min Compression ratio : 6﹕1; Transmission ratio : 18﹕1.
🚴 Be assured the mixing ratio for fuel and oil:16:1 for break period (first 300-500 miles) / 20:1 after (18:1 is much better in summer because of the hot weather);air cylinder might take some time to adjust to the load. Thus to avoid possible complications for the motor, please limit the riding time to a maximum of 1 hour for the first few rides.

Installation Manual
1. When installing the chain, chain wheel and sprocket should be kept in the same straight line.
2. After Carburetor and Throttle Cable have been installed，Turn the Throttle to check whether carburetor is working correctly.
3. Installing Clutch cable: hold the clutch handle then spin the rear wheel of bicycle and check if it spins normally. Release the clutch handle, the wheel should stop spinning.
4. Adjusting the Chain tightness: Tighten up the chain, apply force to press the chain downward, the sagging down height within 0.5~1cm is considered ideal.
5. Spark plug, muffler, carburetor installation: Tighten all bolts
6. Check all wires are connected properly.
Caution for use
1. Be sure the oil and gasoline has completely been mixed before riding.
2. Run-in period (Gasoline : 2-stroke oil) mixture ratio 18：1 . After 30：1
3. When start running a new engine, during the initial 500km Run-in period, full throttle and high speed for long time is highly not recommended.
4. Make sure drain off all fuel from the carburetor if the engine is not in use for a long time.
Warning
Check brakes before running !
Riding speed should be controlled below 40Km/h !
