    Description

    Allen 900B tension bar for bicycle.  The hook is plastic coated to protect bike finish.  This adapter bar adds a top rail to the bike frame so that it can be installed properly on the bike carrier. It has a tension spring.  Distance from stem to seat post should not be less than 18" or greater than 28".
