I'm selling two square feet of 3M Diamond Grade reflective tape in fluorescent yellow-green, 3M#983-23.
The tape will be cut into four 6" by 12" pieces.

Go by an elementary school. Look at the crossing signs. Notice the eyeball-scorching yellow / green color? You are looking at 3M reflective tape.
It protects the lives of school children and it will
help you get noticed by motorists.
Cut it with a scissors, peel the plastic backing off to expose the adhesive surface, and apply it to anything that needs to be made extremely visible.
Bikes. Motorcycles. Bike and motorcycle helmets.
The family dog or cat... you get the idea.
Please note well:

For daytime conspicuity, nothing beats 3M Diamond Grade fluorescent yellow / green
. The fluorescent yellow / green pigment converts
invisible
ultraviolet light cast by the Sun into
visible
light. This makes it glow during the day. Fluorescence makes this stuff up to four times brighter than non-fluorescent material. Even Mr. Magoo will notice.

Use 3M tape and also use bright flashing LED lights both day and night. The best safety practice is to combine both active (flashing LED) and passive (3M reflective tape) visibility boosters. LED lights work well at night, but struggle to compete with the light of the Sun during the day.
3M tape lets you deflect the light of the Sun and use it to your safety advantage.
3) One last tip: Business hygiene on eBay is poor. All that glitters is not gold.
Some eBay vendors are selling inferior quality Chinese and South Korean knock-off tape - with a look-alike diamond pattern - but claiming it is 3M Diamond Grade. The knock-off tape has poor reflectivity and lower quality adhesive. It will not perform like 3M, and is not long-lasting.
